You're thinking of Noam Chomsky. Chomsky is not an Anarchist, he advocated for people to vote for Green Party candidate Jill Stein and Barack Obama based upon if they are in a swing state. The fact that he advocated voting for politicians in any form is already out of line for Anarchists ideas. Its not purist but the basic foundations of Anarchy.
