I went to a street medic training in which we were given a manual (I wouldn't call it a medical text, but it was comprehensive). The instructor explained that it was not online nor was it intended to be shared. This was in order to avoid people reading it and feeling like they'd learned the stuff. You have to do the training to get it.
I'd suggest you look up street medics in your area and see if they do trainings. I know they have collectives in several west & east coast cities, Colorado, etc.
