I haven't seen much internet presence from those places, except for occasional indymedia posts and takku.net, which has an English section
http://takku.net/index.php?topic=In_English
but I don't speak any of those languages so I'm sure I'm missing a lot.
I have heard there are strong squatting movements especially in Copenhagen and Helsinki, with anarchist participation and many social centers. I don't know anything about strikes. There have been claimed direct actions out of Finland. Of course a lot of anarchist direct actions are unclaimed.
