A less snarky response than my "vacaville" comment would be that anarchists are present in most cities in most parts of the world, as well as being present in many smaller communities, though how easy to find they are will be based on a number of factors that include how many anarchists there are in a particular place, the degree of repression they face, physical geography, and so forth.
Good ways to figure out where anarchists might be would include keeping an eye on anarchist news or other websites that carry news of anarchist activity. In some places anarchists have established physical spaces that could be jumping off points. It might be possible to find anarchists at various Occupy locations, though that is far from a sure thing.
Also, read stuff. Anarchists have different characteristics in different places, so figuring out what particular style you feel the most affinity for and then figuring out where there are anarchists of that sort will be helpful.
The vagueness of this answer, and the reason I suspect you haven't gotten too much response to this is that it is still dangerous at times to reveal too much about oneself as an anarchist on the internet. There is always the possibility that you are a cop/fbi/fascist trolling for information, and because of the mediated nature of this fomr of communication, we have less ability to gauge that, excepting that asking people to disclose information about where one is, who they are, and so forth is frequently a good tip off. Sorry if this seems shitty, it is just how it is. Investigating some of the recent stories of repression against anarchists might be ehlpful in understanding why we are sometimes a bit cagey about such things. Here is one example:
