if by law you mean rules passed down by people who don't know us and who we have no influence with, and who have the ability and claim the authority to coerce us to obey... then yes, anarchy is lawless.
if by law you mean rule or custom, then it would probably depend. some societies after an anarchist break would probably have some kind of social mores or values or traditions (omg just smooshing them all together! with abandon!)
as has been explained elsewhere - presumably in anarchist societies there would be *various* ways that people would figure out how to live together, and many societies would probably reflect how people have done it before (without states, of course)...
