it is not hard to argue that any action is against authority of some kind. in fact non-action can be against authority also. that is one of those reduced-to-absurdity arguments, so i'm clearly exaggerating to make a point, but perhaps it has worked and my point has been made.
for it to be defined as anarchy, or anarchist, then there has to be something more significant than just "a protest against authority and prejudice".
on the other hand, if you gave examples about what kind of "protest against authority and prejudice" you're thinking of, then perhaps we could have a more specific conversation.
