I've read Orwell's Animal Farm and am looking for books with similar ideas and issues

you mention a novel, so apparently you're asking for fiction? (also, your title question and your follow up description seem quite different to me... fwtw).

if you search for books on this site you will find multiple threads with people's thoughts on good books. here are some highlights--

but depending on what you mean by "similar ideas and issues", orwell also wrote 1984, and huxley's Brave New World is in a similar vein
( http://www.newenglishreview.org/custpage.cfm/frm/138161/sec_id/138161 for more on comparisons).

but arguably, "good books for anarchists" are any books that make us think critically about the world and assumptions that we have/have taken for granted.
